I was reading "Letters, We Get Letters" on the Vox Blog which states "We love getting your feedback about Vox".
Vox isn't my primary blog tool as I started long before it existed with TypePad. What I don't like about Vox is in many ways it's making TypePad look rather old, stale and ignored.
There have been some minor refinements recently on TypePad but compared to the vibrancy and activity on Vox it's been very quiet for too long. Both share the same parent company - SixApart - but it appears that the one hasn't seen much love.
Yeah, I felt they were doing the same with livejournal, which hasn't gotten many new features or updates in forever. The basic account now lacks a lot, and even though I still use it, I want to use this as my main just because it does have all the features that they haven't updated on lj.

Perhaps it's growing pains, I hope so as with all the launches & acquisitions they have had a lot to absorb. As a paying customer I still think TypePad is great value but it seems strange to neglect it while building a freebie ad supported platform.
