One of the trivial, but favourite, things in Windows 7 (maybe in Vista too but can't remember) are the additional clocks in the System Tray. It's good to know who's still in the past when you live in the future.
Just right click on the Clock, Adjust Time, Additional Clocks (Tab) and choose two extra time zones.
