It’s blog’iversary time again. I find it hard to believe six years have flown by since that first tentative post. To everyone, everywhere, thanks for visiting, reading and subscribing! There are some cool changes coming up, but for now it is time to look back on the last year of bloggy stats.
Statistics:
Visits & Subscribers:
Apart from a seasonal dip at Christmas/New Year things have been pretty constant. It’s interesting to see how regular the pattern is and mostly in sync with the US work week/weekend, not ours!
Regions:
Once again, the US dominated but readers came from around the globe. Some that numbers that stood out were nobody from Greenland or Turkmenistan, more from NZ than Australia!
I think I can see Earl, Assis and Steve on the city map :)
Browser & OS:
On Windows IE and Firefox are too close to split, unlike last year, and a bit more Mac traffic (up about 2%). Chrome has gone from 2.4% to 8.3% and overtaken Opera for third. The Safari/iPhone combo gets enough traffic to feature for the first time, but maybe that was just me seeing if it worked!
