Many know you can convert a whole MindManager Map to Word but this also works with a selected topic. I use this method to compose emails sometimes as it's a fast way to gather and distribute information. One caution: I use Outlook with Word as my email editor so may not be quite the same on other systems. The images show the process in map form and resulting exported email. The export and process in text form is seen in the extended post

B. Create the topic
1. Add sub topics
2. Links
See document: rcd.typepad.com
3. What ever
C. Once complete to create the export
1. Select the parent topic
2. Right Click > Send to > Microsoft Word
D. Result is just the selected topic in an unsaved Word document
E. To email
1. Within Word File>Send to Mail Recipient creates the email
F. The sent copy is saved in your Sent Items so no need to save the Word export
