It’s a hour with lots of advice for those new to the “Blogosphere” with examples of the impact blogging has already had on corporates, both positive and negative. What I find really surprising is the comment that few institutions are covering this in their PR/Marketing syllabus.
If anyone in your organisation needs to understand how blogging will, not may, impact your business this is a great introduction. If they think it won’t then they must watch it. Your employees, customers and competitors are probably already blogging… even if you don’t know it.
